Tier 3: The Alpine Executive (Full Transition)
Investment: Starting at $15,000
Best For: Complex, multi-million-dollar estates ($5M+) requiring full white-glove management and maximum liability protection.
Includes Everything in Tier 1 & Tier 2, plus:
- Priority 24/7 Access: A direct line to your Project Director for immediate estate needs.
- Concierge Logistics: Handling of high-sensitivity items fine art, wine collections, safes, and digital hardware.
- Forensic “Exit” Sweep: A final 360° scan of the empty property confirming a “broom-clean” condition to protect your security deposit or sale terms.
- $10,000 Listing Credit If Stonix handles the eventual sale of the real estate, up to $10,000 of this service fee is credited back at closing.
